I need to find a good doctor and PT in the Albany, NY area.
Had an injury to my right knee due to moving lots of furniture. Not an acute injury, but something I noticed the next da. Pain on my right quad tendon right where my left one had a partial tear. But it went away, and doc agreed that since it went away there was not much reason to do anything about it.
Anyway, I complained about the other knee issues i was having and he referred me to another doctor. That doctor referred me to another, a physiatrist. However that physiatrist doesn’t have any openings for 3 months.
Anyone know of any good doc’s or PT’s in the area?

HELP!
I’ve been trying to get my legs feeling good for 10 years and I can’t find a doctor/PT who knows anything or cares to stick with me and figure out what’s wrong.
I am fed up with this industry.
