John Berardi has talked about using ALA to increase insulin sensativity, but he hasn’t talked about the timing for individual doses. And considering all the wondrous and detailed info he’s given us it just seems a little surprising. Anyhow, if its just something I’ve missed please fill me in. Thanks for another great article John.
