Age That You Reached Your Peak

My reaction speed is no where near what it was, and since I laid off arms and shoulders for three years with some injuries, and another year with rotator cuff injuries, my arms and shoulders aren’t any where near peak, but …

My legs and back surprised me. I used to do machines for them when I was younger. I just started with squats in the curl rack (grin) because I maxed the machines out and I figured I needed to learn how to lift weights. In the past my arms and shoulders were always ahead of the legs and back, so I expect to eventually get the same place.

Looks like I’ll max out about the time I hit sixty.

I’m amazed at what a difference some tweaking made in my plateaus. Used to be half way up the weight scale, now it is someplace past the top.

I’m convinced that is probably true for a lot of people.
