after workout supps

Help, I’m confused. After I work out what should I take? All I read about glutamine says it should be taken after a workout but not with protein? Protein should be taken after a workout. Can creatine be taken with protein? I know all three should be taken after a workout but I don’t know if combining all three would be productive or just a waste of product?
