iām in the forth week of my cycle right now. Im now at 260pounds with 2% less bf. So i think iām doing pretty good. Who said i was eating like shit? Iām eating alot but its all healthy food and high in protein. I changed my workout a bit with the previous advice i received and I ended up gaining 2 inchs on my legs. But i will look into the G-Flux + poliquin training.

Your carbs are a little higher than I would recommend at 500+ grams a day, and the protien is a little low, I would probably shoot for more like 450 on cycle.
Remember with juice you can eat absurd ammounts of protien and actually have it turn into something besides a pain in the kidneys.
I would bump cals higher than 4 grand actually, but I would do so with fats and oils.
Also remember squatting is good for not just the leg development but the back and abs as well, might as well get a head start on the squatting while your on cycle.
You should be able to bring your legs up to where they should be very quickly with juice, they will make gains very fast until you hit your genetic limit.
You should hit that limit with your legs and juice this cycle.
Hes 260 at 5ā10, even if he was 18-20% bodyfat he still has more lean mass than most of the people that posted in this thread.
He has about the same amount of lean mass as I do and Im taller than him, surely this is nothing to scoff at.

Steroids are different.
100mg of anadrol per day may not be as toxic as 20mg of M1T per day. Toxicity has more to do with duration than dosage, to a certain extent of course.
In my experience most of the orals are about the same in toxicity at their effective dose, which varies from drug to drug.
You cant really compare mg to mg because dosing is different across the board.
With the exception of the milder ones like anavar, OT, and maybe winny.
It also heavily depends on the normal dosage required to see results. Youll notice the lean, or dry, or cutter drugs are less āharshā simply because you dont run the compound looking for huge results.
In truth weve all run orals longer than we should have, at higher doses than we should have, and recovered just fine.
The liver is resilient, and toxicity is a tad overstated on purpose, just to keep the average joe steroid user safe.
