230 pounds, 5 10 body fat 18%. Chest 50, arms 18 1/2, waist 40, legs 25 1/5. Trying to bulk up. will loose
BF after. this is the cycle im starting soon.

Superdrol, sust blend test 300mg, Eq 100mg, IGF-R3 long

W 1-3 superdrol 100mg/d
W 3-7 superdrol 200mg/d
W 1-12 EQ EOD
W 1-12 Test every 3 days , 300mg/d
W 2-5 IGF 50mg/d
W 10-13 IGF 50mg/d

pct :Nolva @ 40mg for week 1 of PCT, 30mg for week 2 and then 20mg for weeks 3 - 5.

diet
wake up: protein shake, breakfast 6 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, snack: 2 piece whole wheat bread with 4tbsp peanut butter, lunch: 1 chicken brest, potato, veggies, snack 8oz almonds. pre workout drink protein shake with creatine/glu, same for post but added fast absorbing carbs. supper same as lunch. bed time 8oz cottage cheese. I rotate chicken with fish, steak, salmon, turkey.

Training split: monday back, tues: chest Wed: legs Thrusday: shoulder friday Tricep, Sat: bicep Sunday Off
chest legs back: 20 set from 6-10 reps
arms shoulder: 15 set from 6-12 reps
2 weeks normal rep and 2 weeks slow negative (4sec) for all my workout
Abs and cardio 3 times week I just started wasnt doing much before.

Bench 385 X 3, Squat 405 X 2, deadlift 425 X2

The rest of the pics were taken last night. im at 233 pounds with 20%BF I been gaining bf since i started my new diet, i will increase cardio and i just started my cycle. will post more pics when the gear kicks in. I?ve only been on here for a couple of days and I noticed that you guys give good advice to other people but also a lot of negative feedback lol . I ve been training for a while with minimal gains. I need suggestion on my training, diet. Maybe I m over training? Thanks in advance for your help.

Your chest is 50" but your legs are 25 1/5"? Your physique is not balanced. Try lots and lots of squats.

That almost looks photoshopped.

Your squat should be a lot higher. Squat much more and get those wheels up…I know its not popular among bbers but the Smolov routine is great to get your squat poundage up quickly. Once you’re able to work with heavier weights there, you’;ll quickly add size to your wheels.

And something is still weird about that picture. It just doesn’t look right!

Thanks for the tip!!! what doesnt look right in the pic lol i just covered my face and its not photoshoped. Maybe i wasnt flexing right? this was taken this summer on my boat. I will post more pics tomorrow. Sorry for the lack of pics. I gained 10 pounds since that pic was taken. The thing that is missing is a little bit of abs (just started working them out after 9 years) and same as legs, raraly worked them out. I think this is the main reason why i didnt gain as much as i should of. Ill keep it updated during my cylce

Dude, you’re big, you got a lot of muscle under the chub. Clean up your diet add some fat burning metabolic boosting routines into your workouts and you’ll have a pretty mean looking physique.

What sense does that make?
You have substantial experience with steroids and your current physique is what you have to show for it. Obviously you don’t have the genetics to eat like shit and make lean gains, even while taking advantage of the nutrient partitioning effects of AAS.

Cleaning up the diet should be the number one priority so you can take advantage of the cycle and actually balance out your build.
