Squat: 345 (in competition awhile ago, is higher now, but we do not test it at my college)
Deadlift: 455 (but dont test at my college)

Shuttle: 4.6
Vertical: 30"
Broad Jump: 8’6"
225 bench reps: 18

wow, you look massive but kind of soft, maybe if you cut a little will look champ like. as for the wheel, I hav found that leg extension hits the lower part if you hold the leg on top one second, follow the regular rules of 5rep range. it “widens” my lower leg. be careful because is a little stressful on knees. this is what I have tried, in no way am I saying this is the ultimate.

Well this is a bodybuilding site and you are clearly a football player. If your goal is to get better at football I’d say cutting would be a terrible idea. You need the extra calories to get stronger. If your goal is to bodybuild I still would’nt recommend cutting, especially at your age. You may want to clean up your diet a little bit if that’s something you’re in to.

Leg extensions probably aren’t the best idea either. They (arguably) place a high amount of stress on the knee while it is in a compromised position; football players (lineman in particular) already deal with enough knee problems, something you probably know.

I gave you a 3 because this is a bodybuilding website and you dont really look like a bodybuilder.

Fair enough… this is a bodybuilding forum on a bodybuilding and strength training site. Doesn’t change the fact that you are in a bb forum and don’t look the part. Are you just letting me know that this isn’t an a site devoted exclusively to bb for the sake of it?

Instead of giving me constructive criticism and advice he told me this was a BB site and not to do leg extensions.
