Thanks!!! I will clean up my diet after my cycle

What sense does that make?
You have substantial experience with steroids and your current physique is what you have to show for it. Obviously you don’t have the genetics to eat like shit and make lean gains, even while taking advantage of the nutrient partitioning effects of AAS.

Cleaning up the diet should be the number one priority so you can take advantage of the cycle and actually balance out your build. [/quote]

Yeah thats true. but i also dont want to neglect my gains by cutting my food. I spent a lot of money on this cycle and i dont want to risk muscle gains by not eating enough. I think it would be better to gain a little more fat during winter and hoping to gain more muscle with the gear.

By February ill be done and then I could go on a good diet and burn the fat. I eat an average of 4000cal, 350g pro and 500g carbs. I will cut carbs down to 400g and I will include interval training twice a week for the next couple of weeks.

Then ill go from there. I did many cycles but never with this much gear and i was never this motivated. Ill see if it make a difference. Thanks for the advice.

This guy deserves more than a 4. Great job on the mass and don’t let the haters bring you down. Your lifts aren’t that bad either. Keep up the good work! 7

lol, not really if this is huge im sorry Im in the wrong place.

you have a decent start you do not look like you lifted for 9 years though, post up your whole workout and eating habits maybe we can tweak it where you can get the best out of it

your legs suck, only thing I see big really is your arms you do alot of upper body work with little work elseware.

chest looks a little tight which is why you look hunched.

I second the stop eating like shit, you lift heavy thats obvious now its time to get tuned in and get things really going you should not have any problems getting near perfect.

I would say ease up on pushing and curling, focus more on the back and full body workouts that work legs and back.

deads, squats, pulls that sort of thing. fix that diet.
thats it really.

and after this cycle stop with the AAS and Prohormones untill you get a good handle on diet and training, you have a good base just trying to get you to not waste anymore time.

besides you have a pretty shity cycle there, hit the steroid forums with a decent cycle perfect training and diet you will no doubt be a monster.

Wait, where did he mention he was eating like shit? I only see almonds, chicken breast, protein shakes, salmon and oatmeal in what he listed. Or is there something I’m missing? I don;t see that many carbs in there besides morning oatmeal and PWO.

And what haters? The guy just happens to have the freakiest V-frame I’ve seen on RMP allowing him to look like that even at 18% body fat…so I mentioned photoshop.

Cleaning up a diet does not mean sacrificing calories. You can easily add more protein and fat in place of some of the carbs and still gain the same amount of muscle. Or you can do it your way and then have to be unnecessarily strict after the cycle.

Cutting calories after a cycle, where you’ve added more muscle than your body wants to hold, is going to lead to muscle loss. It would be a shame to add good amounts of muscle just to lose it during a natural cut after the cycle.

Monitoring carb intake during the cycle and adding cardio will serve you well.

Bodybuilding is about size/conditioning AND SYMMETRY AND PROPORTION.

You can not get a high rating if you are missing two of the three. Open your mind.

Thanks

gotta work them legs man, High Rep Squats with heavy weight. Incredible exercise!

ok dude, diet looks clean I am sorry I missed it before.

are you sure your getting enough?
maybe try the anabolic diet see if that helps.

do animal products and greens thats it lower carbs way down I dunno just tossing out ideas.

Def, add in some big compound lifts, Deads, squats, overhead lifts , worry less on the upper body let your legs and back catch up a little bit.

and please visit the steroids forum I would hate to see someone with your potential get screwed up over the Phs and stuff.

Design a proper cycle, find a diet that works stick with it and get huge.
you are in the right track though I think.

Maybe try the anabolic diet and a 5x5 program for a few months see where that gets you.

I am not an accomplished personal trainer but I’d like to add a few things.

Do you really think it’s necessary to do incline, decline and flat press in the same chest workout?

Add deadlifts or rackpulls to your back workout in place of one of the horizontal pulling motions.

Work your hamstrings with equal attention as your quads. You won’t progress otherwise. Hamstring curls are a decent finisher but not a primary builder.

Front delts are getting plenty of work with all the pressing in the chest day so I would focus on the rear and middle heads earlier in the shoulder session.

Add an overhead movement for triceps to work the long head.

Thanks, sorry i forgot to write that i do my deadlift and back ext before my tricep workout so i can put more focus on my lower back. I posted my cycle on the steroid forum a few days ago but didnt get that many post on it.

the only thing im not sure about is the IGF got minimal info from my source. he just told me to mix it with bacteriostatic water and take 50mg/d. I will look into the anabolic diet. thanks again

What do you recomend for hams workout? I will train my rear delt before front on shoulder days. good advice, never tought about that. I dont do overhead movement for tricep because my tri’s are well developed compared to my bicep.

I agree he is carrying a few extra pounds of fat and he didn’t include a leg shot but a 5 is supposed to be an average physique and his is obviously above average. He is at least a 6. Who cares if it took him 9 years and gear to get there. This guy would easily stand out in a crowd and that’s why I think he deserves higher than a 4.

he does deserve higher than a 4.
this guy obviously put in some hard work, sadly he was a little ignorant on what to do and hes wasted a little time.

No big deal though he can start now to kind of dial in what hes worked for.

There is a leg shot and a back shot. Niether prove that his proportions are adequate for a high rating in my opinion. You are entitled to yours, but I have higher standards. I value an X frame over everything else. Being a small guy myself I just don’t get all giddy about absolutely massive people that have clear weakpoints.

LOL at standing out in a crowd. By far the most subjective criteria I’ve ever heard.

EDIT:
I gave the OP a 5
Does anyone actually care about the ratings though?

My hamstrings grow faster than my quads so that is something to consider when hearing my advice.
Romanian deadlifts with a close stance (I’m about 5’7 so I keep my feet 6" apart or so) work quite well. At the end of my leg workout I superset leg extensions with ham curls to finish everything up.

Glute-Ham raises are another good movement. Sumo deadlifts also, to an extent. But RDL have worked best for me, by far.
