No one is commenting much on Alek’s being turned down, so it’s almost certainly a medical issue which is private and can not be released. The rumor mill says he came back positive for hepatitis. Given his history and prison tatoos I don’t think that is hard to imagine. Damn shame, because that is a career ender.
