I’m currently at 187lbs 6f 7.
bench 198
deadlift 242
squat 187
ohp 121
goals are getting to 198lbs by february with little increase in bodyfat% - so goal is to put on muscle.
i’m going to do fewer sets pr bodypart that what i wrote.
