Hi champs!!

I want your opinion on this outline for a program.

it’s a upper/lower split.

monday.
snatch from hang
lateral raises
inc db press
dips
curl variation

wednesday
squat
lunges
power squat
rows
chins

friday
overhead press
flat db press
dips
hammer curls
closegrib bench

saturday
deadlift
goblet squat
hipthrusts
rows
pullup

reprange for the first exercises will be in the 3-6 range. the others from 6-12. aiming to get around 18-24 sets pr bodypart pr week.

what are you’re thoughts

what are your goals?
where are you currently at in fitness levels? by that i mean, what do you weigh, and how much can you squat/bench/DL,OHP.

I’m currently at 187lbs 6f 7.

bench 198
deadlift 242
squat 187
ohp 121

goals are getting to 198lbs by february with little increase in bodyfat% - so goal is to put on muscle.

i’m going to do fewer sets pr bodypart that what i wrote.
