Advice on Routine

So guys im looking some advice on this routine i found, i’ve followed SL for 6monthes and im looking to move on to something different, i’ve settled for a 3 day push pull that follows a similar layout to Sl

AxBxAxxBxAxBxx

A (push):

Standing Press 3x5
Squats 3x5
Bench 3x5
Weighted Dips 3x8
Lateral Raises 3x8

B (pull)

Deadlifts 1x5
Rows 3x8
Chinups 3x8
Weighted Sidebends
Shrugs 3x8
DB Curls 3x8

Everyweek you increase the weight on DL, SQ, BP, OHP. My only concern is ohp and bp on the same day wouldn’t be ideal, if someone could advise on any adjustments or an alternative routine with a similar format it would be appreciated

Why not just move the standing press to the other day? That would take care of your concern.

You could move the OHP and Lateral Raises to B, and the Rows and Curls to A. Gives you the pairing of the bench and rows, and still keeps your accessory “isolation” movements after your primary compound lifts.

Unless there’s some reason you don’t want to do that.

Why not do 5/3/1 and throw some periodization in for size?
