Advice on improving gyno and general physique.

Trying to figure out if I have gyno or not and have been considering getting it surgically sorted but thought would ask here for any other advice and objective opinion.

Been working out relatively consistently last 2 years. Mainly f45 style functional 3-4 times a week and 1 heavy gym session per week. A lot of weight is in my legs. My main issue is I have some gyno since puberty and nothing I do seems to make a difference even when I’ve dropped fat weight, in fact it can make it more obvious. As demonstrated in this pics. I’m using inbody scan for body fat % (I know not that accurate but at least it’s the consistent measurement tool):

Weight - 82kg height 175cm. Never did any steroids, just unlucky at puberty I guess.

I would like to stay at about 78kg which would put me at about 11% body fat.

Any tips on what I could do to improve this chest? What is the best resource for gyno related topic?

Steak and eggs… if you’re 12% bf with gyno still you might consider surgery

In the top image it looks like there’s quite a bit of subcutaneous fat in your chest, and I’d say this is pretty typical of pubertal gyno. IMO the BF% results are a red herring. I think you have two options: 1) get actually lean so that the only thing left behind your nipples is a small amount of dense glandular tissue, 2) surgery. Even with surgery you’ll get the best result if you’re very lean.

If I were you I’d just forget all about it and live your life. If you want general physique improvements (don’t we all) then you could consider a more hypertrophy-oriented training routine.
