Hi, My goal over the next 4 weeks is to try and cut as much body fat as possible before leaving to go on vacation. I am farely lean right now but am looking to lean out even more. I will be using ECA because in the past I have liked the results. Im curious though, how does my diet look, where could it be improved in terms of achieving my goal?
