I am currently 185 lbs and 5 foot 10 at 18 years old. For this week and the next 3 weeks im going to be eating very low carb and very high protein in order to get cut up for a cruise im going on with friends because I will mostly be hanging out by the pool. Im wondering though if this breakdown is alright for good fat loss, without losing muscle.
on workout days
300 grams of protein
Less than 100 grams of carbs coming during breakfast and post workout. Usually just a serving of oats with breakfast and a banana post workout
Around 50 grams of fat coming from natural peanut butter before bed and fish oils and other healthy fats.
on non workout days
200 grams of protein
less than 50 grams of carbs
around 60 grams of healthy fats
This totals around 2100 cals on workout days is that a little high to cut I see some people eat around 1500-1800? Does this number usually total all the calories eaten taking exercise into account, or not?
Should I skip the Nat PB before bed and just have a cup of fat free cottage cheese?
