Advice on a New 6 Day Routine - Push/Pull/Legs

Hi all,

Let me know what you think of this routine. I’m thinking of 6 on 1 off. I’ve done BBB in the past and was fine with doing 6 days.

I’ll probably move the routine rep ranges when I stagnate, but will start off with 8-10 for the first 3 sessions, and 11-13 2nd half. I’ll bring in 5-7 to replace the higher range when I stop progressing.

Rest periods will be timed, similar to BBB

Lat Raise

Romanian DL
Leg press
Seated Calf Raise
Abs

Pull
Weighted Pullups
T Row
Ez Curl

Push
DB Shoulder
Flat DB
Smith RCGBP
Fly

Front Squat

Seated Calf Raise
Abs

Weighted Chins
Rack Pull
DB Preacher
Reverse Flys

do you think the order of the days is ok?

I wouldnt do it but it seems ok

you can do a 3-way split or a split where you hit a muscle group per day like in X how do you train thread.
