Advice for Setting Up A Program?

Greetings coach Christian , Bodybuilding and fitness becamed a passion for me , it’s a place where I can find myself in , even that I want to make it a part of my living , reading , writing , and getting more knowledge , that’s what I’m doing .
You are a coach whom i consider one of the best out there . You are very filled with knowledge and information .
I took a look at the best workout plan for natural lifters , i now truly believe in lower volume , I also read about doing full body splits three days a week , I know both are legit , but I want know is 6 days a week training considered from your experience too much , and concerning ( Brachioradialis , calves , forearm flexors and Extensor’s , neck , abs , Glutes ) how do you think it’s optimal to include them in the program . Because they seem like accessories but they should be treated like any other muscle group .
Thank You

Bro. Eat clean and get strong. Do that for 2 years constantly before asking about how to work

Otherwise, and I mean this in the nicest way possible. You will always look like 90% of the dudes in the gym who are either fat or skinny doing a million sets of chest and Biceps.

If you only focused on these things for 1 year you would surpass many in your gym.

  • Squat
  • Bench Press
  • Deadlift
  • Military or Push Press
  • Weighted Dips and Chins
  • Rows

Greetings brother
It’s been about 2 years for me training
I’m not saying this because I’m about to start training , i want to start a new program that’s why I’m saying that
Thank You For Your Supportive Answer

CT has published many 6 day programs. So, no. It all depends on your programming.
