So basically I just wanted to know what would be a good beginning cycle, the reason why I am asking is because SO many people say it’s good to take Dbol for your first cycle, some say it isn’t good to take for your first cycle, some people say to take 800mg of test enanthate first cycle some people say 400mg is good enough can someone just clarify and give me a good idea what a newbie cycle should consist of?

Age : 17
Weight : I used to be 180 probably around 13-14% body fat, now I am currently 155 6% I know a lot of people think just because I am 155 pounds I am immediately considered weak, however that is not the case,
years training : almost a year and a half now
diet : Breakfast : 4 whole eggs, ( I only do this every 3 days, the other 2 days will be just egg white)
2 wholegrain bagels with peanut butter and jam on each slice,
2 glasses of skim milk,
1 glass of orange juice
3 instant packets of oatmeal
3 of those little yogurt cups that only have 35 calories in each and i add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds in each one.
2nd meal or snack : 2 cups of milk, 1 tub of cottage cheese, the tub is 500g
3rd meal which is lunch : 2 servings of white pasta any noodle doesn’t really matter, 2 chicken breasts
4th meal:2 cups of white rice with 5oz of beef, usually steak or lean ground beef,
5th meal or snack : 2 servings of cheerios plain
6th meal or snack :tub of Greek yogurt, an apple a banana and another bagel,
for my 3 main lifts which is bench press: my max is 210
for squat my max is 290
and for my deadlift my max is 370
I understand that yes, I’m light as hell, yes, I should probably do my research and start eating more if not eating enough, I don’t know why but I’ve been losing a lot of fat lately but my strength is going through the roof, I get that I should probably wait a while before hopping on a cycle, but I just want to know what would be good in your opinion, I am not asking to be spoon fed my information I just need to know what is the right thing to do, like I said, 50 people will argue saying 500mg of test a week is plenty, and then 50 other people will say no, 500mg is nothing, do 800mg a week if you want to get a lot of results, I just need to know what a beginner cycle should look like and or consist of
I am probably going to make an appointment with my doctor, because about a month ago, I would eat as much as possible until I felt like puking and I was eating an average of 4000 calories a day, and it was hard as hell, but I was still losing weight, yet my strength is going up by 5-10lbs on each of my lifts each week or 2, I just want someone to help me out on this instead of being disrespectful you know? Kid wants to run gear and eats a tub of greek yogurt as a 6th meal, wtf is a tub? like a bath tub? Increase your protein, eat at least 3k cals a day. research macros, and break that 3k cals a day down into macros like 40/40/20. holy shit.

MR 17 yo - if you start steroids now , you will gain muscle - this is a FACT . But , you WILL LOOSE your natural Testosterone production ability , your body simply stops making T If you add some to it .
