I just bought the “Advanced Eternal Workout” program and must say that this is the program I needed!! Great stuff and has me more motivated than I’ve been in a long time.
My question is that it says 4 main workouts per week with recommended active recovery work for non-lifting days.
I didn’t see anything in the program as what to do on non lifting days and figured it just means stay active but was curious about your thoughts of doing “neuro charge” type workout on those days.
