First, I would like to thank you for your training (great results on the Lift Specific program - 65 kg added to my total, + 72 kg with OHP;) and a big increase in muscle mass on the muscle blue print program, I used this type of program for the first time and it is really cool)
Now, after the end of the powerlifting program, I am going to do a reduction using Advanced Eternal Warrior and I have two questions:

Could I add an extra day like “Barbian day” + loaded stretching (I am asking because I am a young person with very good regeneration and I like high frequency of training)
If so, do you have any additional suggestions (I am thinking of introducing help from this article Loaded Metabolic Conditioning For Cardio Haters and loaded mobility on this day - my goal is to improve mobility, condition and fat loss) -
Exactly what exercises do you recommend using the maceball
I can see that these are very technical exercises
