Would you recommend running the advanced 5/3/1 template for other than advanced as well? I don't consider myself advanced at all. I just completed running Spinal Tap for 12 weeks and am looking to shift before I hit a wall. Currently my squat is 425, deads 515, bench 365, press 190.
I just don't gain well with high rep stuff and was looking for another low rep range template... thx
