adipose tissue, (i.e. body comp)

I’m thinking about going on a 8 week cycle with 4-AD-EC. The reason why is im at 178 lbs at 5ft. 10. with a consiberable amount of adipose tissue around the gut and handles. (It’s not at the point where it sticks out though) My legs are huge but my upper body is lagging big time, especially my arms and legs. But I heard that testerone helps lean you out especially in the gut.Don’t ask about the diet becuase it’s clean, just bad genes around the gut.

Tell me how it works man. Im in your same boat and been considering the stuff also. What all is in the “recommended” stack? For example, M, tribex.

I wouldn’t count on 4-AD magically getting rid of your gut. Although if you had chronically low T levels supplemental testosterone could help in this regard just having some extra fat in your midsection doesn’t always equate to that (Low T). You’d probably have far better results with diet and maybe use 4-AD on top of this to help spare, or even build muscle while you shed off the fat.

I know this has nothing to do with anything about this topic. I had a question about 4-AD-EC. How long would taking 4-AD-EC equal to a two week Mag 10 deal. I’m currently in school and Mag 10 is a little too strong for me to take without half the admin and everyone asking “Is he on 'roids?” So I can really count that out… But I was looking into something to take a litte longer and giving a little slower gains. Would 4-AD-EC work or maybe Mag-10 EOD or something else…

You’re not giving us enough information here. What’s your training and diet like? What are your tendon insertion points like? Do you do any activities that exercise your legs? How old are you? How are your hormone levels? What’s your BF %?
