So I am 4.5 weeks into my cycle. Everything is going pretty well so far, I have put on about 13 LBS so far set pr for bench and deadlift. I am running 500 test e every week and just finished dbol that was at 30 mg ed for 4 weeks.
During week 3 I noticed I was getting a little bit of an itchy nipple and they were hard not lumpy but I was just nipping out all the time, so I took that as a sign that my estrogen was to high and bumped my adex up from .25 eod to ed. Well this made me feel like shit. I was tired all the time, felt weird, and had some anxiety. When I finished the dbol I took 4 days off of from the adex and I feel great again. I am pretty sure my sides were from the adex by the way and not the dbol since I have ran dbol before at these dosages and was fine. A little tired maybe but none of the anxiety or weird feeling.
So I am thinking that the adex does not agree with me, or I am an over responder. Anyone else ever get this? Also what are the body signs you guys look for as far as the right estrogen levels? I know to low you can get ache joints, but it seems as if a lot of the estro to high or to low sides mimic each other so it kind of be hard to tell where you are at unless you are getting blood work every two weeks.
Anyways I think I am just going to run the adex .25 twice a week or drop it down to 12.5 eod will this even do anything to lower estro or should I just drop it? Nips are fine now btw think it was just the dbol. I am going to look into some Aromasin for next cycle and try that out instead.

As I stated above I have been making some real nice gains but after dropping the dbol I don’t think the test has really made its presence known yet. Libido is about the same as always has been. Feel about the same as well. 4.5 weeks in I would think I should be feeling something soon. Anyone else a late responder to test e? My buddy is on the same gear and it is working over time for him so I know the gear is legit.
Lastly I have just been alternating quads for pinning. right quad Monday left Thursday and repeat. So 1 pin in each quad every 7 days. I did throw delts in for one week but I was like Micheal J. Fox trying to jab the fucking needle in and I cant reach my ass so quads seem to be my go to place. Is 1 pin a week in quads alright or should I be alternating different sites more? I make sure I am never sore or anything from last pin before jabbing and I am only putting in 1 cc at a time.
Thanks for any feedback. I will let everyone know how the cycle finishes up. Pretty happy now with the results, I appear to be about the same body fat% maybe slightly higher and up 13 LBS. Probably some water in there but I would like to finish up 20-30 LBS and keep 15-20 of it. I know those would be pretty awesome results but that is my goal.
