Adequan, Ichon, Legend, Hytryl for Joints

So Im pretty much just wondering if any of you guys have experiences with any of these. Any advice on dosing protcol’s? Has anyone done the two back to back in a cycling fashion? of so what were the results? After initial loading doses with adequan/ichon what is the maintenance dose? Thanks for any help guys!

Im pretty sure its a cartridge issues. I have done mobility training, foam rolling, muscle balance ect and they still ache, hurt, feel worn down and sensitive. Cant do martial arts or play sports as they start to hurt. They pop, crunch, some times acute pain, and always chronic

Knee joints about 3-4 years now

Well thanks for the advice. Any suggestion on dosing? and isnt IA delivery more dangerous that IM? also what do you think about the other product? I remember seeing a log with you on it.also what is PRP? and where do I get it?

I am also very interested in this. Also - How is IGF-1 or GH for treating arthritic like injuries or disorders?

Except PRP (platelet rich plasma) which I have been researching with a view to making and taking.

Method:
take 20-60ml of your own blood.
Centrifuge it for 15 minutes to seperate the fractions.
Transfer the portion (roughly 5%) of the plasma that contains the platelets into a syringe
Inject your own platelets into joints, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, skin, whatever.

Relatively straight forward for someone like me.

The theory is that the platlelets release all their chemotaxic (look it up) agents and growth factors, which then force repair of otherwise poorly perfused tissues.

Very interesting, please keep us updated

very interesting. How did the adequan work out or you?

Oh okay, well thanks anyways. IF you do dont mind I do have one more question. I have never used needles and am having trouble figuering out dosage. Ichon is 5ml vial containing 500 mg of the PAG’s 100/mg to ml. So I need to take 125 mg, I cant figuere out how that relates to CC’s?

I really do appreciate the help man. I am desparate so Im trying this. So then other have good success huh? thats great news, more encouraging. So then that would be 1.25 cc’s?

^^^ Yep.

BBB, please post after any experiments with PRP. I know many of us would benefit from such experience (or at least be entertained).

I initially misused it treating an inappropriate issue.

However when I injewcted 0.2ml directly into my wrist (around the lunate), I experienced marked loss of pain, which seems semi-permanent.

BBB, do you have any suggestion for intra-articular injections? Gauge and length of syringe, precautions/special considerations, maximum volume for the joint (0.2ml in your case?), etc.

Thanks.

BBB,

I sent you a PM a few minutes ago but I’m not sure if it went through. I dont see anything in my sent messages folder. I read some older posts of yours talking about Adequan and am extremely interested in this protocol based off of the specific type of injury that I have (fraying of the cartilage under my patella). So there is still ample cartilage and it’s not worn out or anything like that. I believe that I had an incident, and I remember it to this day, where I tore/frayed some of the cartilage under my kneecap. That is the extent of what we can find in MRIs, and I’ve seen some very good doctors. So I’m stuck on the cusp of something that isn’t bad enough for surgery yet is severe enough to prevent me from various activities that I’d like to be doing on the knee.

Can you let me know if you have a PM from me? I’d be extremely interested in hearing your thoughts on this especially as it relates to a specific injury of mine.
