Ya the t-cell is great and is like that because it has experienced members willing to help and new guys who are enthusiastic enough to take the advice seriously. The dynamic wouldn’t work without the inexperienced members imo.

Hey man,

perhaps you should take a hint from people who are bigger and stronger than you. Your whole upper body looks small, I think you should be listening to guys like X in regards of how to get bigger.

Not to be a dick but I doubt you are at the stage where you can decide whether a split is the best decision to make. howabout you do a split because your upper body certainly isn’t growng ‘like a weed’?
