I’m currently doing you BDVP for a second 3 month stint only with different exercises. The first time around I performed 2 Whole body workouts and 1 Upper Body day and 1 Lower Body day. My problem with that was I did not get enough arm stimulation. My chest, back and shoulders gain muscle from just looking at weights however I am 6’4" with a 6’7" wingspan so my physique looks horrible when my arms aren’t at their very best.
This time around I’ve decided to perform 3 Whole Body workouts and do an Arm Day on Sunday, to see if that helps give my arms a boost. My question is would you recommend doing the same rep/set progression as I would do on the Whole Body workouts on arm day or would it be more beneficial to save that rep progression for my compound Push/Pull exercises and just do a Chump Pump workout for arms instead?
