Adderall and Injury

I am in law school, and have been diagnosed as ADHD / prescribed adderall to endure the daily 8 hour reading assignments. I also do bjj and lift. However, at the end of my 1st semester I noticed the adderall made my extremities cold (ie, fingers). This used to happen with ephedrine use but to a much milder degree.

One day during a light roll to warm up I sprained me finger tendon sprained. I have two days a week where I can exercise before I take my adderall, and another two days where I must take my adderall in the am and workout that night.

Does anybody have any experience mitigating injuries while on adderall (perhaps extending a solo warmup), keeping hear rate in check, keeping extremity temperatures up, warming p tendons and ligaments? Also, will deca help? I’ve heard it’s good for joints and ligaments.

Looking good naked is a nice quality, but unfortunately it doesnt pay the bills XD

Adderal and working out really do not mix, its an appetite surpressant and definitly hinders sleep. I was never diagnosed with ADHD but definitly took my fair share in college, grades went up, body weight and strength went way down. You can still work out on it, but you wont be as successful. I would also look into the side effects of adderal, stopping adderal about 5 years ago was one of the best things i did for my overall health, but then again i was never diagnosed with anything and just took it to help with studying and sometimes for other reasons.
