Would acetyl l glutamine be a beneficial supplement to take? I know that glutamine really isn’t, but sometimes the ester compounds of amino acids are better. If anybody know about it I would like to hear what you have to say.

also is TRIBEX part of the prohormone ban?
I’d say it’s probably worth the try if you’re not taking a pre/post-workout shake, like Surge, that has extra Glutamine added.
As for TRIBEX, it’s not a prohormone and not on the ban list. The great T-booster lives on.
