Abs After A.M. Aerobics? Your Thoughts...

Guys, I can’t tell you how much this site has helped me refine my diet and workouts; I’m sure I’m not alone. AND THE QUEST CONTINUES!

Anyway, a lot of the mags are leaning toward doing abs after your a.m. aerobics (IF that’s when you do them, if at all). We have seen a LOT of input on the board about when to do aerobics and whether or not to do them on an empty stomach etc. No consensus, but it looks like most of the posters are comfortable with their choice. That’s great. Now the question (and this goes back to something Bodz mentioned):

Would doing abs after our a.m. aerobics, AND WHILE STILL FASTING, keep us in the “free fatty acid/fat burning zone” OR would this “tip us over” into a more intensive zone requiring more glocose metabolism? On a more basic level, what do you guys think about doing abs at this time OR should we reserve them for the resistance portions of our training? Your thoughts…
