few questions about abdominal cramps:

what’s a good method to stretch it out or massage it away when the cramping hits?

does the cramping indicate that you’ve effectively targeted the muscle group, or reached deep into the muscle tissue so that it has been activated, and so sometimes you get cramps? make sense?

anyone else get cramps in abs on rare occasions during ordinary activity, such as hearty laughter, or sex, or sudden torso movement?
