AbCoaster, OMG

Wow, now I can have great abz to show off to all the girlz.

http://www.abcoaster.com/

They have them at the gym where I train. Seems like a reverse crunch would work better and for way less money.

hence the reason people believe in spot reduction

that would be great for having sex when your hips and legs are too exhausted from a heavy squat day

I’d rather have sex with a girl than that contraption. That’s just me though :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d rather have sex with the girl in the video for that contraption. The first one. Waist to boob ratio was wowzers.

Is Tony Little behind it?

Wow! It amazes me the crap they come up with.

“It strengthens your entire core. Your back core, your arm core, your…the Marine ‘Core’ actually uses it. I think that’s how they got ‘core’.”

You forgot to mention how hard"core" this amazing machine marvel really is.

Wow… 400 bucks + delivery… For 300, I’m getting a masters set of bands + gripper, and some fractional plates, from Iron Woody. For another 100, I could buy:
two tubs of protein - hydrolysed whey and casein - and plenty of flavoring.
some BCAA’s
ZMA

Sorry to hijack, but it’s so damn wasteful to waste money on something like this. Come to think of it, I bought a 170 lbs barbell set for 250-300 bucks three months ago! Better invest a further 100 and get it up to 220 when I fly back home

Why the fuck can’t I come up with something like this? The sheeple will eat this thing up and the “professionals” behind it will be rich? DAMN!!!

Looks like a contraption to practice your wake boarding skills from your knees.

It’s $400? Ok, the whole idea just got more stupid. For $400 you could buy a lot of REAL workout equipment.

The Abcoasterz is REAL Equipment. Didnt ya know that? Not that crap that wannabes like EliteFTS sells, ya know that junk.

PS
Im full of shit

It is expensive, but actually looks kinda cool. I wonder whether it targets the abdominal muscles better than hanging leg raises? Probably.

I have a feeling it would too, but is it worth $400 when all you need is a bar for hanging leg raises? Maybe if you owned a commercial gym I suppose.

No, it definitely isn’t worth $400, especially since the thinly veiled attempts to imply spot-reduction are obviously false. But I wouldn’t mind having one for free.

Actually, I’d say no.

Most people do lower ab work wrong, as is evident in the video. All they’re doing is putting a lot of work on their hip flexors, which are usually tight in most people anyways.

When doing “lower” ab work, the pelvis needs to tilt towards the sternum

And don’t forget. With the AbCoaster, there is no hard work required.

Yeah, like the absence of hardwork ever got anyone anywhere.
