Abbh bbbbbbbbbbbb dor the?

bbbbbb bbbbbb bbbbbbbb

I had the same question when thinking about ABBH. I believe a giant set is resting at the end of a group of exercises. A superset is alternating exercises with rest periods between each set of each exercise. For example, on a leg day when doing squats, leg curls, and calf raises, a giant set would consist of a set of squats followed immediately by a set of leg curls followed immediately by a set of calf raises followed immediately by the prescribed rest period. A superset would consist of a set of squats then a rest period a set of leg curls then a rest period and a set of calf raise followed by a rest period, continuing on in this manner.

On ABBH, you rest 60 seconds between all exercises whether doing supersets or giant sets.

Supersets consist of two exercises. Giant sets consist of three or more exercises.

So ABBH would be as follows?

Day 1:
Flat Bench
Rows
rest 60 seconds
and repeat 10 times

Day 3:
Squat
rest 60 seconds
hanging pike
rest 60 seconds
standing calf raises
rest 60 seconds
and repeat 5 times

Edit: i submitted this before the previous post got posted, thanks

Day 3 is correct.
