Ab Plank

When doing the ab plank are you suppose to suck in your stomach as if doing the ab vaccum?

not really push out your stomach then contract it, works really well.

i have 3 ab workouts that will kill you if you want them, can be used for size, fat burning and conditioning, got a 6 in 6 weeks from doing them.

first, 4sets of 15 crunches on swiss ball, 4 sets of 15 reverse sit ups, 60 sec plank, and 3sets of 20 twisting crunches.

second 3 of 20 hanging knee raises, 3 sets of 15-20 cycling crunches, 4 sets of 20 good mornings.

thrid 4 sets of 20 weighted sit ups, 100 crunches, 4 sets of 20 russian twist, 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 deadlift

need to do lots of cv to get six pack in 6 weeks. think i was doing 5hours the first week then 20 by the last

the third cycle sound have a 30 second plank in it

workout looks good, im gonna give it a try.

You guys should check out Ab Routine for Athletes and Babe-Hounds - by Mr. Thibadeau (sp?) I believe. It has cut me like nothing I’ve tried before, in only 2 weeks. It’s 3 supersets, one of which includes the Plank. You can check the 2003 archives if you’re interested.
