back is strong already, abs are not as strong, equality is good between thses

I was going to post hanging pikes, which are similar to the his “gorilla ups.” I do them using a regular pullup bar and just try to raise my feet up to face the ceiling. Right now I can get 4-5 per set, and the next day my entire stomach is in flames. What he achieves in that video is insane!

Other good ones are dragon flags, stability ball knee-ins, turkish get-ups, russian twist, grappler rotations, inchworms, L-pullups, waiter walks in a figure 8, and a lot more but that’s the extent of my memory right now.

they cancelled basketball yesterday, so i was not tired at all.
Heavy banded abs are my favourite, either standing or from a GHR. Avoids the problem of the weight lifting you up when you do standing or preacher abs.
