i recognized the name-when i checked it out i realized i have that page saved at home. i get a ton of emails from various people and i think one of my sources must have referenced an article of his. (i tend to lose track of some of my resources)
hip thrusters…sounds enticing…should see if they are something that works with kettlebell. i’m a big fan of them- i only have a baby 15 pounder though. still does a heck of job for my made up metabolic routine i’ve done in the past.
do you think swinging a 15 lb in a metabolic type wrkout is too much work for arms/shoulders/back on a non weight day?
meaning, will it impact/fatigue the muscles for the next day’s lifts?

i was doing a metabolic type routine on sundays (complete rest on sat) back/chest routine on monday. didn’t FEEL any impact, but i was wondering about the recovery…if it’s really taxing enough to dampen progress on monday’s lifts? make sense? i just don’t think 15 lbs is enough to tear down muscle so that it would affect the following day routine. but i’ve been way off base before…
i ask bc i used to think it perfectly acceptable to do some hardcore HIIT/extended cardio after weights. most sources around here say NO! so i’m not doing that anymore.
