I do the situps for my hip flexors not my abs. Gets em BURNING and I like they way mine look. Actually one of my first muscles to show oddly enough. I will prolly keep doin my situps bad Hallowed bad Hallowed!

And I’m the same with the deload. I really only like to deload according to “feel” - so i’ll either scale things down, or do something “fun,” and if i’m crazy tired take the entire day off. But taking too many days off just leaves me feeling feeble and tight!

Queen of my Heart… I learned my lesson! I was so sore after squat day I couldn’t hardly walk for 48 hours. Not cute LOL.
A few days off or a week of fun randomness like Anderson Squats but no more week of pig out bonanza no gym. Neber again! Um, unless I’m on vacation then all bets are off (DUH)

Oh sank you! Well when I’m pumped and I flex I look kinda swole yay! And i get comments AT the gym all the time but not usually when I’m just walking around (JACKED AS HELLA!) Lol. Genetically disposed to kinda swole UB I think and really I’m just get as huge as I can naturally. I mean, I’m going for superhero here… hyoojeness is my destiny! Fukkyeah ![]()
