did an ab workout today that you may not get bored with, was new to me, its in my log, a pic of it. knees to elbows on a rower plank position. don’t need to many of these to feel some burn, hopefully i feel the burn tomorrow. Another one that doesn’t need much (so no boredom sets in) is the either suspending knees to elbows or even better toes to bar. that’ll get those abs in, in a short time.[/quote]

I’ve always done abs on LB Day… because thats how my coach always had it written. Honestly with my hips and my giant rib cage… My waist has the teeny illusion even when its not as small as I want it. I like some oblique definition too if I can get it. That said most of my abs work isn’t weighted.

IH thinks this too! I buy 2 orders of the variety pack: 4 boxes of PB for him, 2 boxes of chocolate for me (because by the time I go through 2 boxes he’s gone thru all 4 of his and 2 more of mine…story of my food…).
