I have been eating pretty shitty lately. Weight just bounces around between 140-145 never goes higher and is mainly around 140. I’ve been eating carbs so I know 8you could peel down to 135 in like a week to ten days… um, i has no input! LOL

I just wanted to comment on abs stuff. I hate it so I’ve convinced myself that front squats, zerchers and push ups are for abs because they really hit the core. On occasion I sprinkle in leg raises and bar roll outs but they feel too abby to me.

Agreed with others, shitty workouts happen. I know it all too well myself. You’ll kill it on the next round, though. And anyways, you put in a great sesh. So kudos to you, mama!

did an ab workout today that you may not get bored with, was new to me, its in my log, a pic of it. knees to elbows on a rower plank position. don’t need to many of these to feel some burn, hopefully i feel the burn tomorrow. Another one that doesn’t need much (so no boredom sets in) is the either suspending knees to elbows or even better toes to bar. that’ll get those abs in, in a short time.
