I reset my max. Basically I kept breaking early like before parallel even and had trouble even WALKING OUT the weights over 150. I can’t set up vid and I don’t trust my depth sense. I had someone depth scheck me on these. Said I was below parallel the first five and ‘just there’ the few I did after which I’m not counting because ‘just there’ was pdobably him being generous. I’m fine with not adding any weight to the bar until my depth is dialed in below parallel perfect and I trust my depth sense. So, ok fine with this.

Atta girl! I just reset my shit to attack some form problems I have had for years. PLUS, asking for depth check is classic Dasher-attack on hotties at the gym.

This epically panned out for me once a long time ago. And is, in a way, re-panning for me. Sometimes I just wanna give 19/20 year old Dasher a big hug sometimes.

If it helps… I noticed at the meet I just attended that a hella lot of people look like they have a lot harder time walking the weight back than they do squatting it. Never noticed before, but it’s true. Doesn’t mean the weight is too heavy.

Trust meeeeeee. Iz strong fat though so whatev but yeah 135 after Cut and I DO feel ready to diet right now but I AM GOING TO STAY THE COURSE. I got down to a low weight and it didn’t look right. More muscle the only option.
