Your future work will thank you for leaving those reps in the tank. I’m just a prophet of the most high Mr. Wendler in that regard though. grin
Ten hours of sleep makes me hate you. Not really, but sort of.
God sleep is awesome.

That’s a LOT of volume on auxiliary work, Hallowed.
I usually stick to 2-3 movements, and I’ll generally superset/giant set them for 3-5 sets (depending on time and energy levels). I focus on my back (chins or rows), which isn’t included in 5/3/1, and weak points for my lifts.
For presses, that’s generally triceps, so my press aux work is chins and dips, then a few sets of power cleans / cleans and presses.
Read Wendler’s commentary on auxilary work. Remember it’s the main lifts that matter, so put the time and effort in there.
I find if I overdo the aux work, I get really tired especially toward the end of a 5/3/1 cycle. This past cycle I limited the aux work, and dialed it back (both resistance and reps) on my de-load week (just finished). I also skipped progression my last cycle (re-did same weights as the previous cycle), and watched my reps shoot up for all lifts.
You can compute 1RM at ExRx, or there’s the LiftPro app for Android which has a 1RM calculator (I’ve taken to plugging those in when I’m at the gym).
Starting my 3rd cycle tomorrow.

It IS. Its ALOT. It is not more volume than I was doing before though. Also I know this is a PL program but what I do is BB so giving up the aux won’t make sense for my goals. A reduction though really might! I’ve known some of the BB stuff would probably have to go at some point. I’ll keep your advice here in mind when I choose what stays. And yay you’re here hieeeeeeeee!
