Yeah I’m very much the same at the moment. My shifts at work for the summer change from week to week so a set schedule for it just doesn’t work for me. I do stick to fasting though, as long as I get the (at least) 16 hour fast bit down anything else is supplementary. Some days I might only have a 3/4 hour eating window but I still stick to it. At the end of the day though, I much prefer this to worrying about the 6 meals a day stuff, I like being able to just get up and go in the morning.

Yeah I definitely am liking being able to get up and go in the morning as well as not having to worry about eating every few hours.

I enjoyed these and will do them more often. Really worked the upper back and rear delts. After the set w/ 185 form got too sloppy. I iz weak at these, definitely need to get stronger.

Meh, lower back felt weird. These should be fine once I move them to my squatting day.

Starting next week I’ll try out 4 sessions a week vs. 5 sessions. As well as changing things here and there with each session. The main difference is making DL days more of a back day consisting of rowing and chinning.
