Good stuff buddy. i did deads the other day at the equivalent of around 290lbs(i think changing from kgs haha) and my back was fried. massive strength good work! Miltary presses are super strong also

Strongman training looks like fun actually. I think my press is the only lift of mine that somewhat sticks out lol. So I’d have to get everything up to par, so to speak.
