EDIT: on the 1x405 my grip wasn’t right at first, so I went with a hook grip.
Was originally planning to attempt a rep PR w/ 325, but my back didn’t want to do reps. Kinda weird but oh well. Putting on my belt helped and not a bad way to break in the belt I might say haha.
My upper back went to shit with the paused front squats.
Tried out the t-bar rows, I like 'em. I definitely be doing them from now on.

Funny I thought I’d check some logs out today as I haven’t been online much, I hit a front squat PR Greg hit a front squat PR and you hit a Deadlift PR before destroying front squats.
It’s been a good couple of days for front squatting.
