A Strong Squat, Brutal Bench Press, Dauntless Deadlift, and Massive Military press are as easy as 5/3/1

Damn man, crazy strong pressing!
Going from a 1RM to a 3RM that looked not too hard is a hell of an improvement for a couple weeks, especially on overhead press.

Hands were supinated the whole time. Nice and controlled reps. God these hurt my bicepitcles.

Not only was I able to get a decent back/bi session in, but I was able to get some calf training tips from bug. In exchange for my secret biceps sculpting tips. A rather fair trade.
