While warming up, my right elbow started to hurt. It was pretty frustrating and I was considering cutting the session short. But I put on a long sleeved shirt, extended the warm up, massaged the elbow, and did whatever it took to get blood flowing into the elbow. After getting into the heat of things, the elbow was not an issue. I just need to make sure to get the blood flowing.

Pretty stoked about the PR. Felt like my chest was still fatigued from the incline pressing on Thursday. Maybe I could get a few more reps with more rest.

Thanks! I just need to be more conscious of warming up my elbow in the future. That and starting to do biceps work should help with the elbow.

fml I suck at curls. Got a pretty good pump. Decided to have a mini curling session seeing as I suck at curling and as a consequence I have no biceps, and I think throwing in curls should help with my elbow pain.

Btw n00b, curlz for the gurlz are supposed to be done on friday before you go clubbin. Just a little fyi :smiley:

Sorry, I’m still learning the ropes. I’ll be sure to bring the swole Friday night. I might even superset the curls with some benching. You know, to get the chesticles and tris pumped.

Kept this session short, was under 30 minutes. Gotta get back to studying. Gawd I can’t wait to be done with finals.

My best with 305 is 10 reps, but that was touch and go. 7x305 is fine with me. Decided to hit a heavier single since I was cutting the session short. 345 felt really easy.

Still doing finals? That sucks.

The stops on the deadlifts were much longer than touch 'n go, so congrats with the 7 reps.

And nice bro curling last night =D

How could I neglect the ab flex and talking to hot girl parts…fml

After some thinking and reading, I’ve decided to incorporate the whole idea of extra workouts with the hope of bringing up some weak points. Specifically my biceps and hammies. Essentially I’ll just do curls for the arms and the legs. And since I like pull ups, I’ll be doing pull ups. That is all.
