Overall good day. Killed a test with bug. Dad is coming tonight, stoked to watch the Pacquiao-Mosley fight with him.

Push presses felt nice and smooth. They seem to fly up if I really try to make the bar graze my nose lol. I’m digging incline pressing, definitely a keeper. You know how in pumping iron, Ferrigno was screaming Arnold while OHPing? I pretty much was screaming Bug, Bug, Bug! while inclining :slight_smile:

Lol, well I’ve lowered my squat training max (took like 80ish percent of my true max) and I’m picking my battles. I’ll try to only go for max reps during the ‘1’ weeks. But yeah, I love me some front squats.

I started out doing 5/3/1 for about 3 months but am starting it back up.
