I can hardly get anything done at night, it’s too fucking dark and cold!

I had a rugby match today, it was my first game in a good while and I’m happy with how I played.

We got beat, it was quite a close game.

I’m feeling the effects now.

I’ve got a 10-a-side tournament next week, so I’m gonna get some fitness done.

I’m gonna get to the gym tomorrow.

I’m gonna try and get to as many as possible because i need some in-competition experience before the next summer season starts, im going to the 21st of december one first. Erm, it says tht you can pay on the day, the entry form is just so its cheaper so i guess as long as they recieve it before the competition day any time would be fine, hope to see you at one of them.

Good read. You are strong as hell! I can lift nowhere near as much weight haha just started out though. I am a 400 meter runner but I need to do lower my 100 meter time a lot as it holds me back. Will you guys be competing in the Trafford opens?

I ran 51.6 in gale force winds which pissed me off. Everything in training suggested I could do a 50.8 my 100 isn’t to great meaning my 200 isn’t special either. The Trafford opens in the summer I was talking about. Good comp and electric timing.

That was near enough it, I tried incline DB’s but they hurt and so did most things.

I did 3 sets of 12 seated rear-delt flyes, with 7.5kg.

I did some seated external rotations as well.

Whats your Vertical and broad at atm? and will i be seeing you at the Sportcity open this sunday?

No I won’t be at a competition before christmas. But I’m gonna try to get to one after.

I don’t have a clue about my vertical and broad jump distances really.
