Monday - DE or RE bench, triceps, chest, shoulders, lats
Tuesday - Deadlift, hamstrings, core
Wednesday - Cardio or completely off
Thursday - ME Bench, triceps, chest, shoulders
Friday - Back and biceps
Saturday - Squat, quads, core
As of now, my bench has been pre mapped out for me, for deadlifting I am currently doing the Coan/Phillipi (sp?) routine, and I do back on friday because my back responds better when I do it alone, fully pumped and ready to go. For squatting, I just rotate through various variations each week.

On the road, back in Jackson for the weekend, went to powerhouse again. Had to go real fast cause of early closing (stupid sponsored marathon - why are they outside running, its 100 degrees here), but got a PR, depth is meh, but for a gym lift, count it. All of this was done in about 40 minutes.
