Going on a float trip with my family and T Vixen today, so I got this crazy idea that I would get up extra early and go squat early morning before we have to leave. So, on 200mg of caffeine and a shake consisting of two scoops of protein and a lotta gatorade, I squatted…and got trolled by my left hip. Was just going to do triples and doubles of straight weight, but for the life of me I couldnt get it loose. Finally, I added monster minis in reverse to take a bit off the bottom to take some off the hip, that didnt really help. Worked up to 500x2, with rep 2 being ungodly rough. Did some leg pressing and extending after squatting, all of this took about 50 minutes.
