Instead of going to a max, I am performing triples to get better at the shirt and get better at the form. I had other stuff written here, but apparently it didnt go through. I think it was something motivational. Meh. I cant remember what all numbers I did after benching, so its pretty much guessing.

My 2 cents.
You aren’t staying tight enough. Once you take the hand off try to stay locked in position so the only things moving are your arms, and your belly (up to meet the bar). Looks like you arch was going away, and your head was bobbing. It’s ok in the SPF, APF, UPA etc to have your head off the bench but I would not have it bobbing the way you do.

Bug - last night it was more difficult than anticipated, some days it feels easy, last night it felt heavy. BW as of tuesday was 267, been fluctuating around that.

I am adding cardio, that day of awesome eating was cause I was back with my mom and dad and I had not eaten much that day cause I was drivin the whole day.

Just spent most my day drivin, then hanging out with the family. Just did a lot of stretching and bodyweight stuff to work out some soreness and get some blood flowing.
