DE Squats and Pulls

Not much to say I guess. Worked hard, I used some plates and one step up to make the box this time, and the first 4 sets had it way to low, kickin myself for bein an idiot and just guestimating it, lower back is on fire, ah well. Still got it. Need to spend more time stretching my hips at first.

Forgot the grey average bands, so I used the black strong bands with speed pulls, it was like hitting a brick wall at the top, I like it.

When I type it, I mean “total plates.” If I type “pps,” it means “plates per side.”

So I started the slam the hammer on the tire again, and the hammer broke. Stupid old handle. So I moved onto…

Tire Flipping - back and forth is one set

This tire is not really a good tire for flipping, it kept wanting to roll on me, but ah well, it worked.

Next time you flip that tire, try to flip it over all in one motion, without any “pushing”. It seems like you’d be able to just flip it up and over by just exploding from the bottom, and not needing to touch it again.
